September 2009: the printed newsletter has now been replaced by a new publication called Jottings; this is available as a PDF file on the web site so that it can easily be printed if you want to do so. The plan is to publish this more frequently than the old newsletter, and to take of advantage of web publication to include more pictures. We hope that 'upcoming events' will be a regular feature publicising lecturers coming soon to the club. There are also plans to start an interactive forum of some sort which will allow members to participate in discussions.
